This is a STQC / UIDAI certified scanner. Note:Troubleshooting steps:i. This device needs to be registered first before using in any aadhaar related project / applications ii. RD service driver / software needs to be installed in the system for activating the RD service iii. Due to security reasons it may not support in some devices (Mobiles)which are not fulfilling the security requirement implemented by UIDAI iv. If any system is allowing automatic installation of the device then the device will not support that system and customers need to install the driver / software manually from online v. If a customer is scanning a finger which is moisturised then it will not take proper scanning of finger vi. If a customer is scanning the finger of an old person then also finger scanning quality won’t be good enough vii. Always internal issues means there is an issue from the system or internet so in this case customers have to check that all the RD services are running properly and the internet is working fine.
