System crashes, thermal throttling, malware infections, and operating system errors reduce daily productivity and lead to unexpected office downtime. A dedicated Annual Maintenance Contract ensures your desktop systems receive prompt technical care whenever an issue arises. Our certified IT technicians deliver comprehensive year-round servicing to keep your personal computers operating smoothly.

Before initiating the annual contract, our engineers conduct a baseline system health assessment to optimize current startup routines and check storage integrity. As a result, your computers maintain peak operational reliability with minimal disruption throughout the contract term.

What’s Included in This Annual Contract

Unlimited Breakdown Callouts: Certified engineers attend to unexpected system boots, blue screen (BSOD) errors, and hardware malfunction alerts.
Quarterly Preventive Maintenance: Routine visits cover internal chassis dust extraction, fan lubrication, and cooling efficiency inspections.
Operating System & Software Support: Full support for Windows updates, registry cleanup, driver conflicts, and office application performance tuning.
Malware & Security Sanitization: Complete malware, spyware, and adware removal combined with antivirus firewall setup.
Local Networking & Peripherals: Configuration support for Wi-Fi adapters, LAN IP assignment, and shared office printers.
